T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to showcase and sell wireless solutions. You will identify needs, guide customers through self-service options, and build lasting relationships while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

As you train and grow, you’ll help onboard customers, support store operations, and contribute to a friendly, customer-obsessed team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience (retail preferred).
• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and communicate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Assist customers with self-serve tools and onboarding to demonstrate product benefits and drive satisfaction.
• Complete in-store training on products, processes, and systems; collaborate with home store locations to onboard customers.
