Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Route Sales Representative to drive a mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and providing hands‑on demos. You will develop routes to maximize sales and customer satisfaction, and operate your van as a showroom for Snap-on excellence.

You’ll manage inventory and receivables, collaborate with managers, and comply with DOT regulations while growing with a legendary brand. Training is provided and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (bachelor’s preferred).
• 2–5 years’ experience in direct sales or sales management, preferably in outside sales, account management or B2B sales.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or hands‑on vehicle repair is highly valued.
• Willingness to learn to drive a 16-20' mobile store truck.
• Ability to pass a D.O.T. physical.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, more occasionally.
• Computer proficiency and comfort using apps and emails on a cell phone.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Persuasive, influential, customer‑focused, and committed to exceptional service.
• High energy, motivated, results‑driven, and excited to sell tools and grow your career.
