• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems across a multi-site portfolio.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders using company-issued mobile technology while traveling throughout an assigned territory.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and occupants while delivering high-quality service in occupied banking facilities.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems for multiple facilities to keep building systems up to standards.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Oversee implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
• Review inspections of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental conditions.
• Oversee compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Operate company-issued vehicle in execution of daily work responsibilities.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several related disciplines.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values to reach agreements.
• Impact the quality of work of self and others on the team.
