Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage tools/inventory.
• Familiarity with safety codes and building regulations.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to teammates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to building systems across facilities.
