CBRE Union is seeking a Route Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs for multiple buildings and related systems. The role involves overseeing mechanical, plumbing, fire/safety, and control systems, reviewing work orders, and ensuring safety and code compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a universal CFC certification. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this on-site position with CBRE.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent with 3–4 years related experience; valid driver’s license and universal CFC certification.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient with PC/PDA for work order systems, email, ESS, and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/safety, and control systems across multiple facilities.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicle as part of daily duties.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
