Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and Universal CFC certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, fire, life safety, and control systems for multiple facilities.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Establish and oversee a preventive maintenance program to extend system life.
