T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates work in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, knowledge, and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and contribute to sales activity while learning processes and systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate and showcase solutions.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience and procedures, and apply learnings to daily tasks.
• Build rapport, drive sales, collect referrals, and follow Be Back processes.
