T-Mobile USA is seeking a Retail Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology, and recommend service plans in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, use digital tools, and guide customers through their shopping journey to provide a great experience.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, digital tool usage, and teamwork to support company goals. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and incentives.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills required.

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
