Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a retail associate to engage customers and guide them through technology and service options in a fast-paced environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and support customers throughout their shopping journey.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations while contributing to a high-quality customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
