T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will help customers navigate products and services, deliver a world-class experience, and learn with the team as you progress toward a Mobile Expert role.

You’ll complete new employee training, engage with customers, and build knowledge of our latest devices and network offerings while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités
