Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support store operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service choices in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, developing skills in customer interaction, digital tools, and service plan recommendations. The role offers a base pay of $20.50 per hour plus $5 training pay, with on-the-job training and a path to Mobile

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized technology and service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Use digital tools to explain network coverage and plans.
• Complete training to learn retail processes and wireless tech.
• Collaborate across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
