T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You’ll help customers explore devices and services, demonstrate features, and tailor solutions while delivering a top-notch in-store experience.

This entry-level role focuses on learning and growth as you build product knowledge and customer relationships. You'll complete training, earn an hourly base pay with training incentives, and benefit from stock grants and a 401(k) as you progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required.
• Passionate customer advocate and friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to learn, work with peers and leaders, and balance customer needs with performance goals.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
