Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will help customers with product demonstrations, answer questions, and guide them through their shopping journey in-store, online, or via Customer Care.

This is a learning role with on-the-job training to grow into a Mobile Expert. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, build relationships, and use digital tools to showcase our latest devices and plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
