Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate for their Store-in-Store network to engage customers, demonstrate value, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will learn and apply solution-based selling, balance customer needs with promotions, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate on T-Mobile solutions and demonstrate value.
• Use digital self-serve tools to assist customers and onboard them to T-Mobile apps and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; assist with on-site operations and asset security.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and drive sales activity.
