Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and provide energy and expertise in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. This role includes on-the-job training with an initial training pay of $5.00 per hour, progression to a Mobile Expert with incentive opportunities, and guaranteed earnings of $20/hour when incentives are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and educate on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and resources.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, and drive sales activity and referrals.
