T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage customers, educate them on benefits, and help sustain high energy in a busy environment.

Role emphasizes friendly service, relationship building, and driving sales while representing T-Mobile’s Un-carrier culture. Training and growth are supported within a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Completes training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and reference resources; participates in skills practice and store operations.
• Provides excellent customer experiences, builds rapport, and drives sales activity while maintaining customer relationships.
