Vivmark Residential in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Leasing Consultant to market the community, follow up on leads, and deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents. The position is scheduled Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm, and requires high school completion, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task.

Proficiency with property management software and Google Suite, plus a valid driver’s license where needed, are important for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and front-facing orientation.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software & Google Suite.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle in the role.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Use of own smartphone for work tasks (where required).

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to sales leads and promote the community.
• Invite and schedule tours, close deals with prospects.
• Support marketing efforts and online presence.
• Explain lease provisions and move-in procedures.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage leasing documents, payments, and move-ins.
• Operate with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm.
