Revel Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to create moments that matter daily within our senior living communities. You will plan and execute engaging activities, help promote programs, and ensure a welcoming, hospitality-driven resident experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on involvement, visible impact on resident life, and collaboration with partners to uphold service standards. Evening/weekend flexibility and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Organized communicator with customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift 25 lbs; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of resident activities, events, and programs, including communication and promotions.
• Encourage participation and provide Concierge coverage as needed.
• Coordinate or drive transportation; uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.
