Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a RecallRepair Specialist who travels within a designated area to educate vehicle owners on open recalls and obtain approval for repairs onsite. The role emphasizes customer trust, safety communications, and conducting intermediate repairs with training provided.

You will work in a fast-paced field environment, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and maintain records of repairs, parts, and outcomes, while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Light mechanical knowledge or tool familiarity helpful.
• Ability to obtain required mobile repair certifications.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Physical ability to enter/exit vehicles and handle outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Get out in the field and connect with vehicle owners face-to-face.
• Help people understand why recall repairs matter and why they shouldn’t wait.
• Obtain customer authorization and explain the repair process clearly.
• Perform mobile recall repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Answer questions, ease concerns, and handle objections confidently.
• Document completed repairs, parts usage, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Work independently while hitting goals and making a visible impact.
