Job summary

MarketSource seeks an Automotive Recall Specialist to educate vehicle owners about recall repairs and coordinate scheduling with local dealerships. You will travel within your area, meet customers face-to-face, and guide them through the recall process.

This role emphasizes building trust, handling objections, and delivering on-site service with light mechanical tasks. A self-starting attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Light mechanical knowledge or tooling experience.
• Willing to travel and work Saturdays and some travel.

Responsibilities

• Be in the field every day, meeting vehicle owners face-to-face.
• Explain why recall repairs matter and the importance of timely service.
• Guide customers through scheduling service with local dealerships.
• Answer questions, ease concerns, and handle objections.
• Track progress and conversations in company systems in real time.
• Work independently while meeting goals and delivering impact.
