Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a RecallRepairSpecialist to engage vehicle owners in the field, educate them on recalls, and secure repair authorization. You will perform intermediate mobile recalls and document outcomes while traveling within your assigned area.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, independence, and meeting sales and service goals. A valid license, reliable transport, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3+ years in customer service or sales
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Light mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain mobile repair certifications
• Ability to work independently and meet travel requirements
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Physical ability to access vehicles and work outdoors in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Meet vehicle owners in the field, explain recalls and the repair process
• Obtain customer authorization and guide them through the repair steps
• Perform mobile recall repairs following manufacturer guidelines
• Document repairs, parts usage, and outcomes in internal systems
• Travel within assigned area and work Saturdays or travel as needed
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and customer trust during visits
