MarketSource is seeking a RecallRepair Specialist to travel within the assigned area, visiting customers at their addresses and guiding them through open recall repairs. The role focuses on building trust, explaining the repair process, and obtaining authorization for onsite work.

You'll perform intermediate repairs with provided training, require light mechanical/tool knowledge, and work in a fast-paced field environment with strong customer interaction and independent scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license plus reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• Light mechanical and/or tool knowledge.
• Ability to obtain required mobile repair certifications.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and occasional travel.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Physical ability to get in/out of vehicle and lift up to 20 lbs.

• Engage with vehicle owners in the field face-to-face.
