Job summary

MarketSource, Inc. is seeking a RecallRepairSpecialist to travel within the assigned area, engaging vehicle owners in face-to-face discussions about recall repairs. You will educate customers, obtain authorization, and perform mobile recalls following manufacturer guidelines.

Role emphasizes strong customer interaction, trust-building, and independent work while meeting daily repair targets and documenting outcomes in internal systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years in customer service or sales experience.
• Light mechanical or tool knowledge recommended.
• Ability to obtain required mobile repair certifications.
• Independent work capability and reliable travel availability.
• Comfortable working Saturdays and occasional travel.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Physical ability to climb in/out of vehicles and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Get out in the field and connect with vehicle owners face-to-face.
• Help people understand why recall repairs matter and address concerns.
• Obtain customer authorization and explain the repair process clearly.
• Perform mobile recall repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Document repairs, parts usage and outcomes in internal systems.
• Work independently to meet goals and make an impact.
