BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, through Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings in Charleston. This role emphasizes real-life activities and autonomous practice within a collaborative team.

You’ll evaluate, plan, and adjust treatments, with ongoing family and care-team involvement, and benefit from a flexible schedule and hourly pay with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment effectiveness; attend staff and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
