Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and adjust treatments in real-life environments such as kitchens, grocery stores, and workplace settings.

The role emphasizes autonomous work with a collaborative team, offering a flexible schedule, paid hourly rates, and mileage reimbursement to support travel between client sites.

Formación

• Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions.
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support or CPR certification as per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist (preferred).
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
