BrightSpring Health Services through Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, or community settings.

You will evaluate patients, design and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to promote safe, independent living. A collaborative, autonomous role with travel and growth opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with safe patient handling up to 100 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Reassess effectiveness and participate in staffing and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and advise on home/community safety.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
