Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services’ Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and implement neuromuscular therapies that move patients toward independence, across daily life activities such as cooking, grocery shopping, and workplace tasks.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative team of therapists, with a flexible schedule and compensation based on hourly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification as required by state
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques and patient safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for home- and community-based rehabilitation
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in team meetings
• Complete discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes
