Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, or community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and adjust therapies across real-life contexts like kitchens, grocery stores, and workplaces, promoting independence.

The role offers a flexible schedule, hourly compensation, mileage reimbursement, educational programs, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team of therapists.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PT work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
