Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, is hiring a Printer Maintenance Associate in Richmond, VA. The role requires driving between client locations in your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed. Pay is $20.91/hr, and duties include maintaining Xerox copiers/printers/MFDs, toner changes, jams, and meter reads.

Essential functions include client relationship management, end user training, break-fix activities, IP address support, and remote device management. A valid driver’s license and an MVR check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in customer service and resolving issues with equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for equipment support and service.
• Provide on-going end user training on equipment.
• Perform basic device maintenance and replacements per specs.
• Handle IP address support and basic network issues as needed.
• Drive between client locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Maintain on-site inventory and replenish consumables.
• Submit accurate call reporting in designated systems.
• Support remote troubleshooting and on-site service calls.
