Docutrend is hiring a Field Service Technician to service Canon and Kyocera printers and copiers across New Jersey. You’ll diagnose, repair, install, and train clients on basic operations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronics: circuits, power supplies, and basic troubleshooting.
• Valid NJ driver's license with clean record.
• IT know-how to set up a network printer, assign an IP, and troubleshoot a driver install.
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and service manuals.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose issues at customer locations for Canon or Kyocera equipment and repair them.
• Install new machines and train clients on basics to reduce callbacks.
• Resolve network and connectivity issues including IP configuration and print drivers.
• Own your route; dispatch schedules are followed and each stop is completed safely and efficiently.
• Accurately log work and keep dispatch informed.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
