Job summary

Xse Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair printers and copiers at client locations in Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant technician certifications in A3 copy equipment lines.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance, managing call prioritization, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Benefits include a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, comprehensive wellness benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid US drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to drive between client locations every day.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for corporate values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair printers, copiers, and related equipment.
• Communicate with Dispatch to open/close calls accordingly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machines.

Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing print and copy equipment

Existing technician certification in A3 copy equipment lines

Ability to communicate effectively

Client-facing presence and commitment to satisfaction
