Job summary

Flex Technology Group in the United States seeks an experienced Printer/Copier Field Technician to join our nationwide team. You will triage client calls, troubleshoot and repair copiers/printers in your geographic area, and manage service delivery for assigned accounts.

Ricoh experience is a plus; you must have a valid driver's license and be 21 or older. We offer $24–$28 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer service.

Qualifications

• Servicing printers/copiers experience required.
• Positive professional demeanor and team spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop tech.
• HS diploma or equivalent; 21+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Triage client printer/copier calls.
• Troubleshoot and repair copiers/printers in assigned area.
• Open service tickets with manufacturers and escalate as needed.
• Provide accurate feedback with call-closed information, part usage reporting, and meter readings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and end users.
