Job summary

FlexTG seeks an Experienced Copier/Printer Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment across a designated territory in the Alexandria, VA area. The role requires strong technical skills, time management, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, installing, and servicing copiers/printers, performing preventative maintenance, managing parts, and supporting the sales team with upgrade opportunities. Field-based with local travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience repairing office equipment (copiers/printers).
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
