Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Norman/Moore, OK area on a full-time basis. Clinicians will work under a physician supervision, performing exams, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care with families and the clinical team.

A valid Oklahoma NP/PA certification and 1–2 years of primary care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with Oklahoma certification.
• Experience in primary care, geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop care plans independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Norman/Moore, OK region.
• Perform physical examinations and update medical histories to inform care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and the clinical operations team.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
• Coordinate care with families and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests when medically necessary and prescribe appropriate treatments.
