Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Edmond/Del City, OK region on a full-time basis. You will practice under a physician, applying medical techniques to diverse patients with chronic diseases in a home setting.

You will be part of a team, with autonomy and support from in-house clinical operations, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in Edmond/Del City, OK.
• Assess health by performing physical exams, updating medical histories, and creating care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide high quality, patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and appropriate interventions.
