Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative patients in the Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri region on a part-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

You will join a team that supports autonomy and collaboration, with a flexible schedule, in-house clinical backing, and growth opportunities in leadership.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with current KS/MO credentials.
• Strong clinical skills to treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the KC area.
• Assess health through exams, histories, and planning.
• Communicate with office staff across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers; build trust.
