Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Joplin, MO area on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision to care for patients with chronic conditions.

Requirements include board certification and Missouri NP/PA credentials, plus 1–2 years in geriatric primary care; hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with valid Missouri certification.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Joplin, MO.
• Assess health through physical exams, histories, and formulating care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
