Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma area on a part-time basis. You will provide comprehensive medical care under physician supervision to a diverse patient population with chronic conditions.

Board-certified in Oklahoma with NP or PA credentials, you will work independently with a supportive in-house clinical team, enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Broken Arrow, OK.
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations, updating medical histories, and creating care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide high quality, patient-centered care to a defined panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications and interventions as appropriate.
