Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Shawnee/McCloud, OK on a full-time basis. You will work under a physician, assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions with a patient-centered approach.

The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and support from an in-house clinical team, with competitive compensation and benefits. Prior geriatric or hospice experience is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Board-certified NP or PA in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills to treat, assess, and diagnose independently.
• Experience with geriatric and home-based care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Shawnee/McCloud, OK.
• Perform physical exams and develop care plans.
• Communicate with clinical operations across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
