Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to patients in a Lawton, OK facility on a part-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under supervision and care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

Responsibilities include conducting exams, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with staff. Flexible schedule with 1–2 days per week; hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA in the State of Oklahoma.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in a Lawton, OK facility.
• Assess health by performing exams, updating histories, and planning care.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications and interventions.
