Job summary
Mobile Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to deliver in-home primary care across Villages, FL and Leesburg, FL. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, review medical histories, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient health in familiar home settings.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Adult/Family/Geriatric NP, Florida APRN license, National Board Certification, and a willingness to travel within the territory.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Adult/Family/Geriatric NP required.
- Current National Board Certification required.
- Active Florida APRN license required.
- Professional liability insurance preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home medical evaluations and patient care.
- Examine patients and review medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood work, X-rays).
- Diagnose conditions and recommend treatments for acute and chronic care.
- Prescribe medications and educate patients and families on disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
