Mobile Medical is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our mobile team. You will provide in-home primary care for patients in Villages and Leesburg, Florida, delivering comprehensive evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and coordinating care with the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Active Florida APRN license.
• Professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home medical evaluations and provide in-home patient care.
• Examine patients and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood work, X-ray).
• Diagnose health conditions and recommend treatments for chronic and acute conditions.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients and families on diseases and prevention.

Your Role as a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner:

As a Nurse Practitioner with Mobile Medical, you will provide in-home medical care and evaluations to patients, ensuring they receive the attention and treatment they need to improve their health and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide in‑home patient care.
• Examine patients and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and X‑rays.
• Diagnose health conditions and recommend appropriate treatments for chronic and acute conditions.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients and their families on diseases, prevention, and overall health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification
• Active Florida APRN license
• Professional liability insurance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in clinical settings such as a medical clinic, hospital, or ER.
• Expertise in primary, acute, and chronic care practices.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and evidence‑based care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
