Job summary
Mobile Medical is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our mobile team. You will provide in-home primary care for patients in Villages and Leesburg, Florida, delivering comprehensive evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and coordinating care with the team.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification.
- Active Florida APRN license.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home medical evaluations and provide in-home patient care.
- Examine patients and review medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood work, X-ray).
- Diagnose health conditions and recommend treatments for chronic and acute conditions.
- Prescribe medications and educate patients and families on diseases and prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
