Job summary

Mobile Medical seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to deliver in-home primary care in Jacksonville, FL. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, review medical histories, order tests, diagnose conditions, and educate patients and families to improve health outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s NP degree (adult/family/geriatric), current national certification, Florida APRN license, and willingness to travel within the territory. Flexible scheduling and strong support are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an NP specialty (adult/family/geriatric).
• Current national NP board certification.
• Active Florida APRN license and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home medical evaluations and care.
• Examine patients and review medical histories.
• Order/interpret labs and imaging as appropriate.
• Diagnose conditions and recommend treatments for acute/chronic care.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination.
