Mobile Medical is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to deliver in-home primary care across Villages, FL and Leesburg, FL. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on holistic well-being.

The mobile team offers flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have an active FL APRN license, NABCA certification, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in NP (Adult/Family/Geront) required.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Active Florida APRN license.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• In-home medical evaluations and patient care.
• Examine patients and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret tests (blood work, X-rays).
• Diagnose conditions and recommend treatments for chronic/acute issues.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
