Job summary

Mobile Medical in Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home primary care evaluations and treatment across Villages and Leesburg. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, order tests, and manage chronic and acute conditions in patients’ homes.

The role requires an NP with active Florida license, a national certification, and willingness to travel. Flexible schedule and strong team support provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Active Florida APRN license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide in-home patient care.
• Examine patients and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and X-rays.
• Diagnose health conditions and recommend appropriate treatments for chronic and acute conditions.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients and their families on diseases, prevention, and overall health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
