Job summary

Mobile Medical seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to deliver in-home primary care across The Villages, Leesburg, and Lake County, FL. This full-time role offers autonomy, a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, and the chance to build long-term patient relationships away from traditional clinics.

The ideal candidate has an NP degree, board certification (FNP/AGNP/ANP), and licenses/insurances for Florida, with the ability to practice independently and manage chronic conditions in the

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited NP program.
• National board certification as FNP/AGNP/ANP.
• Current Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current DEA registration and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and preventive care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records documentation.
• Support preventive care and population health initiatives.
