LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is seeking an experienced, people-focused leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Donor Services in Dunwoody, GA. You’ll help lead our mobile blood collection operations, delivering lifesaving opportunities to communities with strong training and a focus on donor experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily mobile operations, coaching phlebotomists, and ensuring safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• At least three years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in mobile operations, blood banking, or phlebotomy is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with donors and partners.
