The Shepeard Community Blood Center in Dublin, GA is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to support donor care across Laurens and Twiggs Counties. You will travel to community settings and provide compassionate donor services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved phlebotomy course and clinical experience required.
• Previous medical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for donor blood drives by setting up bags, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform donor screenings, mini-physical assessments, and venipuncture procedures with care.
• Provide care before, during, and after donation, including refreshments.
• Build relationships with donors, community partners, recruiters, and team members.
