Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Follows all DOT guidelines when operating full-size commercial van/box truck.
• Safely transports staff, supplies and equipment.
• Performs donor screening and phlebotomy.
• Provides exceptional donor service and handles inquiries professionally.
• Operates automation devices (Trima/Alyx) when applicable.
• Maintains equipment and completes department records as needed.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments.
